Absolutely! We provide a complimentary Meet & Greet to help you get to know your dog walker and review your detailed client profile before the walks begin. If we ever need to introduce a new or backup walker, we’ll inform you ahead of time to ensure a smooth transition.

Yes, we assign a dedicated dog walker as your primary walker. If your primary walker is unavailable, we’ll notify you and arrange for an alternate walker. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ll schedule a practice walk where the alternate walker joins your primary walker to get familiar with your dog’s routine.

Of course! We charge an additional $4 per extra dog.

We ask you to select an arrival window during which your walker will arrive each day. If you have a preferred time, please let us know when scheduling. While exact times may vary, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Generally our windows are 2-3 hours.

We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood.

All clients must provide either a lockbox or an electronic access code (e.g., keypad or garage door code) for entry. To ensure uninterrupted service, we ask that a backup key be securely stored somewhere on the property and accessible in case the electronic access method fails.

We accept credit card payments through our system, which are auto-charged every Friday. Venmo and cash payments are also accepted upon request.

Absolutely! We welcome all dog breeds, provided they are not aggressive towards us. The meet & greet helps ensure we are a good fit for your dog.

At this time, we do not offer pack walks. We provide one-on-one enriching walks for your dog(s).

If you need to cancel, please notify us 24 hours in advance. We understand this isn’t always possible, so let us know as soon as you can. We do not charge for cancellations unless we show up and are not needed.

Yes, but these should be discussed and requested weeks in advance. We strive to accommodate all requests and will always be transparent about our availability. Holiday visits are an additional fee of $10 per visit.

Yes, we offer overnight sitting in your home to ensure your pet is comfortable.
